What all these supplements actually do is that they increase the metabolic rate and decrease the requirement of a higher physical activity. These supplements also increase the sugar levels in blood. My personal opinion about using these supplements is - if they can help you lose weight and make your life happy and healthier, then you must go for such kind of supplements. But, make sure you discuss your decision with your doctor because he will be able to suggest you the supplement better suited to your body.
